FIOREAL Development was established as a separate entity of a classical real estate agency with a focus on developers who do not want to build their own sales department for the sale of residential projects.
Our experience with the sale of residential projects dates back almost two decades, from land reconstructions and superstructures through multifunctional large-scale projects in the city centre implemented for foreign developers to our own development project financed by a bank loan. Subsequently, the offer of services was extended to include market analyses, legal services, marketing and other services associated with the sale of units in a residential project.
Our long-term and own experience is also the reason why we look at the sale of units in a development project not only through the lens of a real estate agency, but above all through the lens of a developer with all the requisites.
During a long period of practice we have looked into many projects, and especially the operations associated with them, therefore our services are almost from A to Z. We had the opportunity to take part in internships with global developers abroad, from where we draw experience and inspiration with regard to local conditions. From other fields we draw inspiration for professional client service and shopping experience.
We believe that with quality architecture, project and sales service we can improve the environment of residential construction in the Czech Republic.

We think of projects as our own, because we know what development entails.
We, too, only get a profit if 100% of the units are sold. We do not push the developer for discounts, because that would mean our wrong pricing at the beginning of the project. We work with the needs of the loan agreement with the bank. We require powers, but we also take responsibility.

We like to work with the project from the beginning, when we participate in its overall concept, composition, size and layout of the units. Any mistake at the beginning will show up during or at the end.

We like to use new tools to save us all time and streamline project processes. End of forwarding emails to several levels, end of losing information when forwarding them. The use of new technologies will be appreciated by customers who need to see and make the right decision, so we go to meet them in this way.
We follow events, we analyze
We analyze our own sales and competition, we follow trends, we take inspiration from abroad. Where there is data, there can be analyses, feedback and qualified decisions. We look to the competition and abroad, but we also look among other fields and try to inspire them, such as when using perceptions in sales.
We have experience
We implemented our own projects, we experienced stress with several VAT changes, we experienced the collapse of the whole project, we were on internship abroad, we refused to sell more projects than we eventually sold. All of this has made us tougher, so we are able to think about what impact today’s decision will have in a few years.
Yes, there are cities where we have our own co-workers and we can ensure full-fledged sales. If we do not have our own team here, we can cooperate with a local seller, if such cooperation makes sense.
95% exclusively. We can also sell co-exclusively with another real estate agency, but only if we can choose who will be the other real estate agency. The reason for advantageous co-operation can be the scope of the project, local knowledge/competence, range of services, etc.
You do not have to, our recommended law firm is able to prepare complete client documentation and conduct negotiations with clients. In case of interest and agreement, it can represent you in other cases (negotiations with the land registry, building authority, construction company, etc.)
